The Story behind Simply D’Lish
Growing up in an Italian family where cooking and baking were daily events, the owner of Simply D’Lish, Jody Haas, developed a passion for food, especially baking.
While living in Washington State in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge, Jody ventured into the catering business, and demand for her baked goods quickly grew. While she initially used hand-me-down family recipes, she developed a number of her own creations along the way that took classic cookie recipes and added a modern twist.
Simply D’Lish products are made from the finest all-natural ingredients and contain no preservatives. We use unbromated and unbleached flour, premium chocolates, our own handmade toffee, all-natural caramel, Nielsen-Massey Bourbon vanilla, and cage-free eggs to ensure our uniquely flavored cookies deliver an unmistakable homemade taste.
